The talk will include reflections on the pioneering work of Bolivian rapper and activist Ukamau y ké and Aymara hip hop, insurgency through language, and other topics.Andrés Ramírez has a Master's Degree in Documental y sociedad and another Master's Degree in Montaje cintematográfico, both from the Escuela Superior de Cinema y Audiovisuales de Catalunya (Barcelona). He has another degree (with honors) as Tecnólogo en Medios Masivos de Comunicación from the Colegio de Tecnologías at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ. Andrés is the director and producer of the award-winning 2017 documentary Ukamau y ké.
