The OSU Hiphop Literacies Conference (HHLC): Working Conference for Social Change responds to the call echoed by this year’s United Black World Month: We’re Not Finished Yet by providing workshops where local, national and international scholars and the community can engage in dialogue on critical issues such as math and science education for the Hiphop generation, gender and sexuality, Hiphop feminism, queer Hiphop, Hiphop for social change in Brazil, Hiphop and Black girls, disability and Hiphop, Hiphop education, new directions in Hiphop Studies, and Hiphop in elementary and secondary education.
