Dr. Richard Henricksen is an Assistant Language Program Director focused on enhancing the quality of teaching in the Spanish and Portuguese basic language courses. As part of the Language Program Team, Dr. Henricksen develops the face-to-face curriculum as well as coordinates the Spanish and Portuguese online programs. He has been a leader in the department in developing innovative approaches to language instruction through the use of iPads, Canvas, and other educational technology platforms. In addition, Dr. Henricksen has given various presentations and workshops on developing Digital Citizenship through the implementation of technology-enhanced activities.
