Megan Lobert is the Associate Director of the Spanish Language Program at The Ohio State University, bringing over 15 years of experience in higher education. She successfully integrates her graduate studies in Education with an MBA from Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business to support the strategic and operational goals of one of the largest post-secondary Spanish language programs in the country. As a member of the program’s leadership team, she contributes to managing complex operations, guiding policy development, and coordinating large-scale program initiatives.

Megan is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds a working knowledge of Portuguese. Her international experience includes a Fulbright grant at a business school in Madrid, Spain, as well as participation in Education Abroad programs in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Spain—experiences that have further enriched her ability to support university programs at both national and international levels.

In addition to the MBA, she also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Foreign and Second Language Education, with a concentration in Spanish, from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations, with a minor in Spanish, from Florida State University.
