Megan Lobert is a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, who has successfully combined her background in education with an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. She is the primary lead for the daily operations of one of the largest post-secondary Spanish language programs, drawing on her expertise in program management, policy development, and higher education administration. Her work extends to managing complex program operations and overseeing intricate projects.
Megan's experience also includes a Fulbright grant at a renowned business school in Madrid, Spain, which deepened her expertise in supporting university programs on both national and international levels. In addition to her professional engagements, she is an active mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and was selected to serve as a Fisher Fellow on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit. Beyond the MBA, she also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Foreign and Second Language Education, with a concentration in Spanish, from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations, with a minor in Spanish, from Florida State University.
