SPPO graduate student Celia Martinez Saez has been awarded the Presidential Fellowship, the most competitive and prestigious scholarly recognition provided by the Graduate School. The award recognizes outstanding scholarship and research ability and will allow Celia to devote herself full-time to her dissertation research in the coming academic year.
