SPPO Faculty member, Dr. Frederick Luis Aldama, recently had a article featured in Latinx Spaces, an online publication that focuses on Latinx media. Dr. Aldama's article, "Brownface Minstrelsy; Or a Defense of our Freedom in the Art of Latinx Storytelling?", explores author Jeanine Cummins' portrayal of the Mexican culture in her book, "American Dirt".
