This conversation features recipients of the Susan Pratt Munthe Fund for Latin American Studies, which was established in June 2014 with gifts from Susan Pratt Munthe '74. This endowed fund provides graduate students valuable resources in support of their research interests in Latin American Studies. Former award recipients Olivia Cosentino MA '16 (PhD candidate) and Justin Pinta (PhD candidate) share how this fund helped them work toward their dissertations. Resources like the Munthe Fund remove financial barriers to provide experiential learning outside the traditional classroom — experiences that otherwise might be unavailable to the student without financial support.
