Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

SPPO Contributes to COSI's Digital Cuba Exhibit

Luana Lamberti YouTube Video featured in COSI's Digital Cuba Exhibit

SPPO graduate student Luana Lamberti and Linguistics graduate student Shawn Barreiro have been featured in a series of short videos that were developed to contribute to COSI's Digital Cuba Exhibit! The series consists of five-minute "informed science" videos about language, meant for a broad spectrum Spanish-speaking audience.

These videos were produced in collaboration with the Language Sciences Research Lab (aka "The Pod") at COSI, along with funding from the Global Arts and Humanities Discovery Theme. The series will continue to be available on the COSI Connects YouTube channel, even after the Cuba exhibit is over.

Congratulations to Luana and Shawn, as well as the rest of the grant team - Dr. Laura Wagner of the Department of Psychology, Dr. Kathryn Campbell-Kibler of the Department of Linguistics, and Dr. Leslie Moore of the Department of Teaching & Learning.
