The Women’s Place and the Organization of Latinx/Hispanic Employees (OLÉ) will offer one-on-one coaching for CV and resume building in January 2021. Coaching will be provided by Dr. Aurora Chang of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity.  OLÉ works to build community between Latinx/Hispanic faculty and staff at Ohio State through cultural, education and professional development opportunities. Financial support for resume review services will be awarded to applicants with a priority placed on women and those who belong to underrepresented groups.
