Departmental Exams for Spanish | Spanish & Portuguese

The Department of Spanish & Portuguese offers Departmental Exams for SPAN 1101, 1102, 1155, and 1103. These exams are available at the beginning of the autumn and spring semesters only. Specifically, Spanish Departmental Exams are available 8:00 am on Monday of Week 1 through 11:59 pm on Tuesday of Week 2.

If you are interested in taking a Departmental Exam for SPAN 1101, 1102, 1155 or 1103, review the information here. Once you are ready to register, complete and submit the following form. The deadline to register is 3:00 pm the day prior to the exam (excluding weekends). For example, if you wish to take an exam on Wednesday of Week 1, your registration must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday of Week 1. The absolute last day to register for a Spanish Departmental Exam is Monday by 3:00 pm in Week 2 of the semester.

I must install the Proctorio extension to my Google Chrome prior to starting the exam at getproctorio.com.
I will not receive university credit for passing this exam. A score of 80.00% or higher will allow me to enroll in the next course in the sequence.
I am not officially registered for the exam until I receive a confirmation email from the Department of Spanish & Portuguese.
I will be required to provide documentation to reschedule the exam if I miss my scheduled exam day.
